Copyright and compliance

Copyright complaint and case status

Structured submission, private lookup, public case updates, and internal audit remain separated. The 48-hour target is for an initial response, not a legal determination or guaranteed resolution deadline.

Submit a copyright complaint

Provide the rights basis, original-work description, and target URLs on the platform. Submission creates a reference and one-time access code.

Track complaint status

Lookup uses POST so the access code is not placed in the URL or browser history.

Frequently asked questions

Which URLs can I report?

Submit specific URLs on the ScoreTransposer site, app, or public sharing domains.

Why is the access code shown once?

Only a hash is stored, so the original code cannot be recovered from the database.

Does submission automatically remove content?

No. The platform reviews the materials and records requests for information, action, or rejection reasons in the public case history.
